Your day to day



· Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with the utmost courtesy and efficiency.
· Redirect calls to appropriate departments or personnel when necessary, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of communication.
· Provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities, services, promotions, and events to guests over the phone.
· Handle room service orders, dining reservations, and other guest service requests through effective communication with relevant departments.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's layout, services, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
· Follow established protocols for handling emergency and security-related phone calls, escalating matters to the appropriate authorities as needed.
· Accurately record and relay messages to guests and staff, maintaining clear and organized logs of all communications.
· Operate switchboards and telephone systems efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring continuous functionality.
· Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor at all times, reflecting the hotel's commitment to outstanding customer service.
· Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met seamlessly.
