The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic about managing challenging, long term projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for an someone who can lead large teams and who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.


The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with knowledge of program management, demonstrate strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, be experienced in large scale change management across functions and geographies, and exhibit a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem solving skills, influencing without authority, strong ability to prioritize, and a passion for customer experience.


Key job responsibilities

 Lead Amazon MENA 3P Marketplace team for all External fulfilment Prime channels’ (Seller Flex and Easy Ship Prime) along with leading product, speed and Profitability.

 Operate as single-threaded leader coordinating the strategy, implementation and execution of the 3P Prime channels growth in MENA.

 Lead product creation, delivery & adoption for new product initiatives through complex cross functional leadership with multiple teams including suppliers, WW tech, SDEs, ops, Finance, Legal, PR, Tax, Accounting.

 Lead implementation of best practices and product roadmaps to effectively scale network of Seller Flex and Easy Ship Prime.

 Create and implement WW first improvement initiatives for EF Prime channels and become Best at Amazon.

 Set, align and audit operational goals across functions/programs (inputs, metrics, audits, process improvements), translating them into actionable plans.

 Own channel-level metrics (such as Selection growth, node launches, Promise speed, Delivery Estimate accuracy, weighted in stock, sales growth, Late Shipment/cancellation rates etc.)

 Manage high volume events and peak seasons for 3P External fulfillment business

 Independent authority and discretion to manage the day-to-day operations of the team, which involves determining strategy, outlining high-level plans, and overseeing final execution of those plans.



A day in the life

Senior Program Manager will have complete ownership of two unique and complex Prime enabled External fulfilment channels, supported by program managers and program leads. Operate as single-threaded leader coordinating the strategy, implementation and execution of the 3P Prime channels growth in MENA while working with Marketing, Sales, Sellers, Tech, Product, Seller Support, Customer Support, Trans and finance teams. Running programs to improve CX and envisioning products that can add long term value to the business and deliver success at scale. The person will be responsible for managing and growing talent in her team while expanding their skill set and scope.
