Our ideal candidate:
1. Has extensive experience in legal, financial or immigration services
2. Fluent in English at level C1 and above
3. ✈️ Has successful experience working abroad
4. Successfully managed a sales department with a team of more than 5 people
5. Masterfully builds and manages a sales department remotely, creating an effective system of employee motivation
6. Experienced in working with CRM systems, knows how to set up reports, analyze data and collect metrics
7. Likes to constantly develop and improve his skills
8. Has basic knowledge of marketing and successfully interacts with the marketing team
9. Systematic, organized professional with an analytical mind, able to work with numbers and make informed decisions
Upcoming tasks:
1. Lead the sales department and build a strong sales team, collaborating with the HR department.
2. Fulfill sales plans, develop strategies and create effective scripts for the team.
3. Train and develop new employees in the sales department, conduct training independently.
4. Form long-term and short-term sales plans, manage quotas and monitor the implementation of plans.
5. Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings with the team.
6. Participate in weekly planning meetings with the marketing department, coordinate the actions of company managers.
7. Maintain reporting on key department indicators.
