Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with a focus on VIP, VVIP, or Royal Families preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Training: Directly supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of all assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with established standards. Address any deficiencies promptly and effectively.
- VIP Service: Maintain a keen understanding of the unique needs and preferences of VIP, VVIP, and Royal Families. Coordinate with staff to ensure personalized and discreet service at all times.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with management, staff, and clients to address any concerns, requests, or special requirements promptly and professionally.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain efficient work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing productivity and resource utilization.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff, providing feedback, coaching, and recognition as appropriate.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health and sanitation regulations. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both staff and clients.
