About the job HR Officer
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in human resources and in-depth knowledge of departmental functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our organization's human resources activities while understanding the unique needs and requirements of different departments.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assess morale.
- Departmental Collaboration:
Develop a deep understanding of the functions and goals of each department.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with departmental objectives.
- Provide HR support tailored to the specific needs of each department.
- Training and Development:
Identify training needs within departments and coordinate relevant programs.
- Work with departmental leaders to create career development plans for employees.
- Implement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across departments.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies in accordance with labor laws and organizational needs.
- Ensure departmental compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Advise departmental heads on HR-related legal issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role ( 3 years Above).
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of departmental functions within an organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
