  •  3-5 years of proven experience in a similar legal role within the real estate sector


  •  Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices in Dubai and the UAE


  •  Understanding of legal risk assessment and appraisal of real estate developments, and commercial structures


  •  Thorough Knowledge of standard construction and real estate agreements.


  •  Looking for candidates who are locally available in UAE


  •  Fluent in English and Arabic
