Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own customer issues, liaising with sales, service, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams for timely solutions.
  • Oversee order management, including booking, monitoring, and status updates.
  • Coordinate returns, invoicing, and inventory management.
  • Resolve invoice disputes and collaborate with finance teams.


Skills

Preference:

  • SAP Experience
  • Immediate Joiners

 Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic
