About the job Logistics and Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:


  • Logistics Management:


    • Coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulations.
    • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize logistical processes.
    • Track inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to meet demand.
  • Administrative Support:


    • Handle administrative tasks to support various departments within the organization.
    • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Language Skills:


    • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Education and Experience:


    • Bachelor's degree in commerce, international trade, or a related field.
    • Proven success in a similar logistics or administrative position.
  • Technical Skills:


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Communication:


    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem Solving:


    • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve logistical and administrative challenges.

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
