Job Description

  • Quantity take-off, subcontract verification and assisting QS Manager where required.
  • Payment preparation, submittal and follow up.
  • Variation order, preparation, submittal and follow up.
  • Material usage statistical analysis.
  • Compilation of material information supplied by subcontractors and suppliers. Preparation and submittal of Material Approval Requests including following up with the consultant Engineer to secure approval.
  • Subcontractor payment and variation preparation.


Skills

Education - Degree or Diploma in Civil / Architecture / QS

Experience - 5+ years experience with building contracting companies.
