Regional High-End Director, MEIAT

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will work with the High-End Business Development Director EMEA to define and lead the development of the High End business for the partners and emerging markets within MEIAT and consolidate the high-end performance at a regional level. You will assess the local context in conjunction with partners and emerging markets and allocate resources to ensure implementation of the defined action plans - always ensuring the brand image of Cartier and drive high value sales across the region. In this role you will ensure a high level of cross collaboration with Regional Exco and market leaders to leverage resourcers and expertise from all departments and HQ. In close connection with the MCC Directors you will build a strong branding and communications strategy for High End and optimize stock availability and visibility to maximize potential. At a regional level, you will oversee High End event planning and management (internationa, inter-regional and local) including the evaluation and validating guests with market leaders and setting target expectations.
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - French and/or Arabic would be a plus but not essential. You bring with you a rich career in the luxury space with a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial/business development roles. You have a proven ability to manage projects, drive change within a corporate matrix environment, ability to develop and manage client relations and drive engagement and retention. You have a previous knowledge of the MEIAT region and are able and willing to travel frequently within our market.
