Plan, oversaw, managed,d and controlled the marketing activities in all the Company’s business lines including sales and distribution operations
- Oversee customer relations activities, understand customer’s requirements, and provide them with services that exceed their expectations.
- Regular market evaluation, add new markets and increase the Company’s share in the existing and new markets.
- ensure that staff are focused on profitability, growth targets, and building the brand equity and in support of the strategic direction.
- Develop and implement the sales and marketing policies and procedures
