Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales professional to join team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, specifically in air and sea freight, and a proven track record in sales. As a Senior Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air and sea freight industry

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors

- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to clients

- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

- Mentor and train junior sales team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 4- 5 years of experience  in the freight forwarding industry

- Strong understanding of air and sea freight processes and regulations

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel for business purposes

- Valid driver's license and own transportation
