Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and constructing structural elements of buildings and other structures. Your primary focus will be on developing structural plans, specifications, and calculations while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will review shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STAAD PRO and possess extensive knowledge of steel structures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and construct structural elements of buildings and other structures.
  
• Develop detailed structural plans, specifications, and calculations using engineering software such as STAAD PRO.
  
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure structural designs meet project requirements and specifications.
  
• Review shop drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with design plans and specifications.
  
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and resolve any design or construction issues.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to structural engineering.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.
  
• Ensure all work is completed within budget and project timelines.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis, with a focus on steel structures.
  
• Extensive proficiency in engineering software, particularly STAAD PRO.
  
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Prior experience working in the UAE is required.
