Responsibilities

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices when applicable.
Promote a quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for deliverables and testing outcomes.

RequirementsMust Have

3–5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in manual testing methodologies and defect management processes.
Knowledge of test case design techniques and testing best practices.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing.
Experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.
