The Document Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization, distribution, and management of project documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contractual requirements.
The role involves leading the implementation of an Electronic Document Management System (eDMS) from inception, platforms/providers (Aconex, Procore, Asite, etc.).

Description
On top of leading the implementation of eDMS, the Document Control Manager will be responsible of structuring the system, defining workflows, internally managing the tool, overseeing the team, and generating comprehensive logs and reports to ensure efficient document control and project management throughout the deployment process.
Profile
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in project document control and has a proven track record of successfully deploying eDMS systems, demonstrating expertise in structuring platforms like Aconex, Procore, or Asite. They should also exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a meticulous approach to workflow definition, internal management, and the production of detailed logs and reports for comprehensive project oversight.
