Develop comprehensive digital engagement strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms to optimize engagement opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into overall marketing and sales plans.Optimize company websites for user experience, accessibility, and search engine visibility.Monitor website traffic and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with web development teams to implement enhancements and updates.Develop and implement strategies to shift from traditional sales methods to digital sales channels.Utilize digital tools and platforms to streamline the sales process, from lead generation to conversion.Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders through digital channels to provide valuable information and support.Cultivate online communities and foster meaningful interactions to build brand loyalty and advocacy.Monitor online sentiment and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Profile
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Experience in transitioning sales processes from traditional to digital methods.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and sales principles, strategies, and best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics software.
