The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient financial management
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding or directing as appropriate.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date.
Coordinate events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Proven experience as a personal secretary or similar administrative role.
Strong background in finance management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in finance, accounting, or office administration are a plus.
