    Job Description

    • Overall program co-ordination and communications to stakeholders, management
    • Builds up a common set of practices, principles and templates for managing projects and service management
    • Gathering of project data and production of information for management review
    • Keeping an up-to-date repository of projects underway and requests pending review.
    • Co-ordination of project Governance arrangements
    • Manage the program level risks and issues register
    • Build up a repository of project templates both technical and management
    • Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored
    • Provide progress reports/input on project status, capture risks and issues
    • Take part in risk reviews
    • Verifies that the program is meeting key stakeholder expectations
    • Adheres to corporate standards of protocol
    • Provides strategic direction and support to the program team, enabling the team to realize the expected value of the program
    • Serves as a key resource in eliminating roadblocks to program progress
    • Preparing DSR, WSR, MSR and getting it reviewed with the internal team
    • Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to service management.

    Desired Skills & Experiences
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
    • 6 years experienced employee specializing in PMO or equivalent job role in IT/Telco
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Experience of program co-ordination/administration
    • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
    • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Functional experience in Program Management (Multi-Site, Multi-Project Operations).
    • Exposure to General Management like Planning & Scheduling, Human Resource and Manpower Management, Stakeholder Management, Quality Management, Costing & Controlling etc.
    • Problem-solving and good analytical skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Good organization skills
    • The ability to work tight deadlines under pressure
    • The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and/or customers
