Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sign-Board Center Manager to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machines (cutting and engraving services) and managing sign-board centers. As a Sign-Board Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sign-board center, ensuring smooth workflow and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operations of the sign-board center, including production, installation, and maintenance.
- Supervise a team of sign-board technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their signage requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of sign-boards and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of sign-board materials and supplies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in sign-board technology.
- Prepare reports on center performance, including production, sales.

المسؤوليات:
- إدارة جميع عمليات مطبعة اللوحات الإرشادية بما في ذلك الإنتاج والتركيب والصيانة.
- الإشراف على فريق فنيي والتأكد من تدريبهم وتجهيزهم لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا.
- التنسيق مع العملاء لفهم متطلبات اللوحات الإرشادية الخاصة بهم وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
- ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد للوحات الإرشادية ومواعيد إتمام المشاريع.
- مراقبة والحفاظ على مستويات مخزون مواد اللافتات والمستلزمات.
- حل شكاوى العملاء والمشكلات بطريقة سريعة ومرضية.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لتحديد فرص عمل جديدة وتعزيز النمو.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة والتطورات في تكنولوجيا اللافتات.
- إعداد تقارير عن أداء المطبعة ، بما في ذلك الإنتاج والمبيعات.
