We are a new automotive dealer specializing in electric vehicles.
As we launch our brand in the market, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our dealership to new heights.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and success of our electric vehicle dealership. This includes overseeing sales operations, service departments, customer relations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive dealership management, a passion for electric vehicles, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting effective communication to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives.
- Work closely with the sales manager to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the aftersales department to ensure efficient and high-quality maintenance and repairs.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Supervise and control company operations to guarantee their alignment with organizational strategies.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective measures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide coaching and support to staff for professional development.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management
- Strong understanding of automotive market trends, and of electric vehicles is a plus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Financial insight and budget management experience
