    Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesCollates and/or summarises HR data and produces routine reports, schedules, advertisement texts, summaries and letters, seeking additional information where necessary, to support specific HR activities.Screens incoming mail and telephone calls, draft responses, redirects correspondence and callers to appropriate people and/or departments where required, obtaining additional information where necessary.Implements appropriate filing and data retrieval systems in order to ensure ease of access to up to date information at all times.Schedules, coordinates and arranges meetings; prepares agendas and/or attends and records minutes of meetings in order to support their efficient and effective operation.:

    Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:§  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.§  0-1 year of training or work experience in Human Resources. §  Fluency in English. §  Proficiency in MS Office.:
