Recruitment Officer

Job purpose: Oversee the entire process of recruitment and attraction of diverse candidates across all levels for company which includes sourcing candidates, shortlisting, interviewing, and On-Boarding of new employees.

8+ years of experience in recruitment positions. 

Manufacturing/ steel industry experience is mandatory.

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):

• Proficiency in English and good communication skills
• Experience in interviewing techniques and candidate evaluations
• Good at CV screening and selections that match position requirements
• Familiar with recruitment/assessment tools and social media platforms
• Currently based in Qatar with transferrable visa OR GCC (if have Manufacturing/ steel industry experience)
