Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the private sector. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
2. Source potential candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and other channels
3. Review resumes and applications to determine suitability of candidates
4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and skills
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Administer and score pre-employment tests and assessments
7. Conduct reference checks and verify employment history
8. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2. Experience in recruitment, preferably in the private sector
3. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
4. Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
8. Attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
