Job Summary
The RPA Analyst works with the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technology team and key stakeholders to create automated solutions for the business. The role is a key link between the technical team, Process Excellence, and business stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered which drive meaningful and measurable business value.
The role will analyze and document complex business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) for targeted processes. The candidate would also support the facilitation of discovery sessions across multiple teams and business units and lead the adoption / implementation activities associated with new RPA solutions within the business.
The roles and responsibilities of an RPA Analyst include designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA systems. RPA refers to an advanced automation technology which is designed to enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency.
Job Responsibilities 1
To build, design, develop, and implement RPA systems. Make use of various RPA tools and technologies such as UIPath to set up and analyze automated processes. They use these tools to analyze the processes and check whether they can be automated. Later, Use this information to design the necessary automation.
Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
Scripting and coding in any RPA tool (mainly UIPath) to resolve automation issues
Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
Documenting the automation procedures
Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Process Excellence Team members to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements
Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be shared with RPA solution design and development teams

Works with RPA & Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects
Work with Business Units to perform value analysis (ROI) for the processes
Coordinate with the business and the RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements
Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes
Identify and document best practices for ongoing RPA adoption
Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements
Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes
Deliver key business analysis artifacts, using best practices and tools, for the design, solution, and execution of medium and large projects
Job Knowledge & Skills
• Experience working with the automation software (UiPath) Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions Experience writing simple SQL queries for data analysisStrong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders and management. Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently, with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the RPA teamKnowledge of RPA technologies and spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellenceFlexible and dynamic personalityExperience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQLProficiency in programming languages, such as C#, C++, Java, Python or .NETBasic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)Mastery of Automation tools, such as UiPath
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working with RPA team.
Minimum 1 year of experience working as RPA developer.
Expert in Business Procedures in Global Companies.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field
