Job Description

Role:

The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of billing specialists and ensuring that all billing processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. 

This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail; and will be responsible for projects billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision to the Billing staff, ensuring that staff is adhering to departmental procedures and ensuring timely and accurate work of the staff.
  • Provides guidance to Billing team and handles escalated issues providing resolution.
  • Review monthly statistics of billings and identify any concerns to billing manager.
  • Work with internal departments to assist in resolving disputes on the behalf of the customer.

Skills

Required Skills:

  • Only nationals should apply to this position
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a reputed university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handing a Billing position and 2 years in a Supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using billing software and systems (CW), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices, with a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good background in supply chains and logistics.
