Mechanic Master

• Apply LOTO when preforming maintenance task in machine.
• Ensure area of responsibility to be in good housekeeping condition and follow 6S principles.
• Repair and troubleshoot the machines.
• Under the supervision of the senior maintenance foreman assigns appropriates mechanics to various

·        Mechanical tasks throughout the plant. 

• Monitors the completion of the mechanical preventive maintenance items. 
• Controls the rescheduling of uncompleted preventive maintenance.
• Administers the mechanic’s training program, including the evaluation of individual progress. 
• Writes the initial performance evaluation on all mechanic.
• personnel and submits same to the senior maintenance foreman. 
• Performs mechanical design work, and complex repair work as necessary.
• Completes a work order summary for each completed job.
• Monitors the mechanical spare parts inventory and ensures that an adequate supply is maintained at all.
