Brief description:
The objective of this project is to develop a standalone business rules system that consolidates the key performance indicators (KPIs) and business rules from multiple PE applications. The system will provide a centralized platform to manage and modify the business rules independently for each application, ensuring consistency and efficiency in performance tracking and notifications. This project will server as rule engine with change management web interface for all production engineering applications. It will serve as an integration hub for all business functions and reports, which will help in streamlining business workflows and processes.
Skill Set:
The outsourcing companies shall provide 1 resource trained and experienced in the following technologies:
a. Angular Application Development
1. Web front-end development using HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3.
2. Familiarity with Angular 14+
3. Writing unit test-cases in JasmineJS and e2e frameworks.
b. Java Web Development
1. Obtained Oracle certification in Java 8.
2. Middle-tier development using frameworks such as Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
3. Experience with functional programming in Java 8 using Lambda expressions.
4. Familiarity with JDBC programming using Spring JDBC library.
5. Experience in programming Oracle 12c database stored procedures using SQL and PL/SQL.
6. Writing unit test-cases in Junit and Mockito.
c. General Skillset:
1. Expert in Git commands.
2. Exposure to architectural design patterns for development.
3. Ability to create re-usable library components.
4. Ability to write unit test-cases.
