Job Description
Our company is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. As the HR & Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative tasks within the organization. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, including the completion of necessary paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Manage and update HR databases and systems.
- Coordinate and organize employee events and activities.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives and employees.
- Support the HR Manager and other team members as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR/administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR software and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
