Job Responsibilities 1
The key responsibility include commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety along with all related activities to water projects.
Responsible to work on the implementation of intelligent control solutions for the Water Solutions Sector.
Oversee the management of project design, estimation and project planning including all relevant statutory processes, procurement management and maintenance forecasting, working closely with HSQE.
Manage preparation of technical specifications, tendering and contract administration.
KPI Management, production and approval of project delivery plans, contractor plans, cash flow projections and earned value analysis.
Accountable for completion of the project close-out activities, including commissioning and handover to Operations.
Job Responsibilities 2
Manage, assess, and seek approval for the changes and impact on budgets and delivery dates and claims for additional costs and extensions of time.
Participate in Company strategic planning for specific projects, risk assessment, bid analysis, business plan.
Accountable for aggregated risk mitigation and resolution of issues relating to managed Projects.
Manage project activities through the application of technical engineering planning, principles, and techniques.
Oversee technical, feasibility studies and site investigations.
Job Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of swimming pools & SPA, wellness solutions, water features, water treatment is a plus
Job Experience
Minimum 15 years of Total work experience
Minimum 10-12 of Role related experience
Minimum 5 years in GCC (Preferred)
