Supervisor to join their company.
Job Summary
To supervise, deliver, evaluate and review Saudization Programs for all
Saudis in order to meet and adhere to Nationalization requirements
Job Description
- Implement
and execute the strategy of achieving the Saudization quota to be implemented
across the company
- Streamline across the company workforce in line with Saudization
mandate of across the company as well as Nitaqat
- Liaise with Ministries and other governmental entities to resolve
across the company problems and issues and deal with other government
authorities and relevant bodies as required
- Maintain and promote effective relationships with government bodies and
their staffs to ensure smooth Saudization processes.
- Conduct / administer selection processes including interviews,
personality questionnaires to ensure effective process of the same.
- Review and recommend changes and updates to policies and procedures
based on Saudi Government Saudization policies and procedures as necessary.
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the
unit.
- Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily
activities in accordance with the policies and procedures.
- Develop the team through effective use of the appraisal system,
encouraging prioritization and time management, solving team problems and
fostering team spirit
Requirements- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Recruitment role, with at least 2
years in supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Knowledge of Saudization laws & regulations
