Job Description
A global multinational fast-food chain is hiring a talented Talent Acquisition Consultant for its Riyadh headquarters.
Reporting to the TA & Manpower Planning Manager, you will lead and coordinate the implementation of strategic staffing plan. Support Operations and the Head Office with candidate sourcing, hiring, and other employment practices.
- Assist the Operations team in implementing in-store recruiting Programs.
- Ensure restaurants and Head Office maintain adequate recruiting supplies.
- Provide support for management and staff recruiting through sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Places media advertising for recruiting.
- Helps forecast staffing needs associated with strategic plans and goals.
- Develop staffing plans for the Restaurant Management team and operations consultants for new and existing restaurants.
- Manage recruiting budget as requested.
- Promote positive community relations to promote employment image.
- Develop and maintain community contacts and outside recruitment sources that will directly impact crew and management recruitment efforts.
- Innovative in identifying new, effective sources.
- Make presentations with, schools, community, organizations, and other alternative labor force sources.
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the unit.
- Supervise, guide and assist direct reports in performing their daily activities according to the policies and procedures.
- Develop the team through effective use of the appraisal system, encouraging prioritization and time management, solving team problems, and fostering team spirit.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of direct reports.
