Why fresh Graduates often find it hard to get a job?

Why not companies often giving chances to fresh ones, Why don't they trust on fresh graduates. They can prove there self a good employee but if they get a single chance.

Finding a career isn't always as easy as simply flipping open the classifieds and then applying for something. While a degree is important for college grad job-seekers, they need much more to compete in a tough job market. Things such as real-world experience, practical skills, a web of professional networking and job-placement services can all help a college graduate land a good job.

 

Internship is a good way of starting a career as graduate.

Every one goes thru this phase as all have to start one day as a fresher. Set right your expectations and try estabilshing your credibility with on going learning as this never ends in life.

Simply because new graduates takes alot of time to train and resources But as for me i prefer training my workers

Actually,  organization's don't have time. They need experienced people who can work independently rather than expend time and money on fresh graduates. 

This is one of a major issue facing fresh graduates. 

Question is that who give them a job for the purpose of experience.

If any position requires Expertise, then fresh graduates are highly not welcome.

Otherwise for Junior levels, mostly Companies screen fresh graduates, as they are more energetic with least demands.

Moreover mostly fresh graduates are not experts in convincing to get the job.

wel that is simple as many company want to employe an employee with emirates working experience 

because fresh graduates have no experience and companies looking forward for experienced candidates. companies dont have trust on fresh graduates.and when companies hire a fresh graduates they have to give them trainings about their job and companies bear costs. to avooid this type of costs companies avoid fresh graduates to hire them. and due to this fresh graduates find it hard to get a job

Because most employers give priority the experienced  people on the field and the second reason employers dont want to pay highier salary to graduates .graduates want reasonable pay.
