i need to know when we are going to teach the fresh graduate to become experts rather than send them away since they do not have enough experience.
· Proof you have the 3 years' experience.
· Negotiate with the company not to consider you as a fresh graduate, Do not challenge, dialogue is the best strategy!
· Ask them politely why while you submit the experience documents and proof?
· If the salary offered is worth an experienced, you can ignore the experience issue.
