Is this formula correct: governmental jobs = secured future. Private sector jobs = no secured future. If yes, how to balance between them?

Government jobs are secured jobs but career growth scope is somewhat limited that of a private job.

Private jobs are unsecured in the sense of a less competent,  Excellent prospects are there for proven competency proved candidates.  In private jobs you can choose an alternative in between, but same is very difficult for a  possible  come back to a government job if changed.

Dear Respected Sir,,     this formula is not correct at all  , simply because there is no secure job in any sector ,, according to the fluctuations of the market and in respect of the labor need.

Only your efficiency can secure your situation either in public sector or the private one .

When you become effective and the employer need your experience (either in public or private sector), THEN YOU CAN IMPOSE YOUR  OWN TERMS !! .

THIS IS THE REAL FACT WHICH APPEAR NOWADAYS .
