Depends on weight height bmi and exercise routine. It's better to keep carbs high and reduce your fat intake rather than worrying about lowering carbohydrates too much. Protein keeps you fuller for longer not carbs. Eat the majority of your carbs around meals and make sure you exercise regularly. Stay away from sugars and keep to complex carbohydrates. You shouldn't be going less than200g per day unless you're an athlete/bodybuilder and know what you're doing.
