Assembly Operator

BG Global HR is actively recruiting for an Assembly Operator position at a well-established manufacturing company in Dubai, UAE, specializing in perfume pumps and aerosol valve packaging solutions. The successful candidate will be pivotal in assembling components to craft finished products in line with precise specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute assembly tasks to construct products accurately and efficiently.
- Interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect components for defects to maintain adherence to quality standards.
- Safely and effectively operate assembly equipment and tools.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to bolster safety and operational efficiency.
- Implement Quality STP designed for process consistency.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment


Requirements- Proven experience as an Assembly Operator, Machine Operator, or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field.
- Basic proficiency with assembly tools and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work various hours and overtime as required.
