Job Description

Campaign Specialist will play a critical role in driving demand generation for the brand by crafting and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns through social media advertising. The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to promote the brand. Their role involves working closely with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, create engaging content, and optimize campaign performance to maximize reach, generate leads, and ultimately increase revenue.


JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific audience segments to drive demand generation and increase awareness of the brand.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to design, create, execute compelling marketing materials, and social media advertisements.
  • Manage, monitor, and analyze Programmatic ads.
  • Manage, monitor, and analyze Bing ads.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Build segmentation, scoring, attribution and operational elements of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain current and competitive.
  • Research competitors and industry trends examples of marketing best practices to support marketing strategy development
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and facilitate lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Work with team to create copy, assets & templates (message headlines, email body, landing pages, imagery, etc) in line with campaign objectives
  • Increase database size and nurture current database members through a broad range of communications
  • Manage the marketing campaign budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI is maximized.
  • Assist in the complete coordination and delivery of campaigns as assigned
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates.
