Job Description:
§ Develop and manage community engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and user involvement.
§ Monitor and moderate discussions across various platforms to ensure a constructive and inclusive community atmosphere.
§ Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate community-driven campaigns and initiatives.
§ Gather and report community feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
§ Organize and participate in community events, both online and offline, to promote the company.
Qualifications:
§ 40 y/o and below
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
§ Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management or related roles.
§ Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools.
§ Understanding of financial products, markets, and the regulatory environment of cryptocurrencies and AI software.
