Basic Function
Customer Service and relations Role in a growing distribution business dealing with multiple restaurants brands.
Customer Service is first point of contact between Stores and Operations for orders, deliveries, issues (shortage, replacement, schedule etc ) as well Sale Invoice creation.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receive and process sales order.
· First point of contact with stores for orders, shortage and replacement and delivery schedule.
· Coordinate with Operation Coordinator and Operation team to find and communicate solution to the customer.
· Timely issuance of Sale Invoices, Credit note and Sale return and communicate to Customer as well as Operation Team.
· Handling customer complaints and maintain customer complaint register
· Internal communication on updates from stores, issues, and resolution feedback.
· Switch Over, New Product communication with customer
· Reports
Qualifications
Behavioral Competencies
University/Relevant degree accountancy will be an advantage
