Sports Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Risk Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sports Risk Manager, you will be responsible for assessing and managing risks associated with sports events and activities. You will work closely with sports organizations, athletes, and event organizers to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, preferably in the sports industry, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and assess risks associated with sports events and activities.
2. Develop risk management strategies and plans for sports organizations and event organizers.
3. Work closely with athletes, coaches, and team managers to identify and mitigate risks.
4. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
5. Create and implement emergency response plans for sports events.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sports risk management.
8. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.
9. Provide training and guidance to sports organizations and event organizers on risk management practices.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the sports industry.
