Objective:
IT
Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and
configures hardware and software, solves technical problems, and ensures the
whole company runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems withLAN, WAN, and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Installing and monitoring CCTV system.
- Visit vendors to purchase devices and IT tools.
- Visit technicians to maintain laptops and any IT
devices.
Qualifications:Years of Experience: 2 -3 years in a similar fieldEducation:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.Language:English is a must
Computer: They must also possess
adept knowledge of the following: Trouble Ticketing Systems, Monitoring Tools,
Network Protocols, LAN/WAN knowledge, TCP/IP, Internet/Browsers, Excel, Access,
Outlook, and MS Exchange
