Description
+ Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and plans.
+ Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
+ Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
+ Utilizing various recruitment channels and platforms to attract top talent.
+ Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
+ Negotiating offers and closing candidates.
+ Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
+ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
+ Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.* Professional certification in talent acquisition or HR is a plus.
