What is the Bayt.com HIRE Rewards Program?

The Bayt.com HIRE Rewards program is the world's first initiative to encourage hiring by rewarding employers for every new hire. We believe in honoring employers with exciting hiring opportunities, and so we created this program to give you the credit you deserve for creating employment opportunities across the region.

Private and public sector employers will accumulate Bayt Points for hiring people through Bayt.com. The process will be as follows:

  1. Employers will tell us when they hire someone through Bayt.com.
  2. Bayt.com will verify the hire.
  3. Employers will get points for each verified hire.

That's not all. Employers can earn special recognition badges (Bronze, Silver or Gold) as they accumulate points during the year. The badge is excellent branding, as it will tell the millions of visitors on Bayt.com that you are a preferred employer.

Is there a cost to join?

No, joining Bayt.com HIRE Rewards program is free! All you need is to have an active job posting or a CV search package on Bayt.com, and you're signed up and ready to start collecting points. Membership in the Bayt.com HIRE Rewards program is only for private and public sector employers.

How do I join the Bayt.com HIRE Rewards Program?

You're actually already enrolled in the program; you just need to start using it!

How do I earn points?

Points can be earned by hiring people through Bayt.com and moving their CVs to the "HIRED" folder on your employer workspace. We send an email asking the employee to confirm the hire. After the employee confirms that they were hired by your company through Bayt.com, you will earn 10 points. With every 50 points earned, you can reward yourself with a free job posting that can be used to hire even more people.

How do I earn a badge?

There will be three recognition badges for employers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As you accumulate points during the calendar year, you will receive:

  • A Bronze Career Provider badge when you accumulate at least 600 points.
  • A Silver Career Provider badge when you accumulate at least 1,800 points.
  • A Gold Career Provider badge when you accumulate at least 5,000 points.

How do I use my points?

Points can be redeemed for a free job posting on Bayt.com after accumulating a minimum of 50 points. You will then see a link on the right side of your workspace that will direct you to a redemption form.

Where can I view my points balance?

You can view your points balance by logging in to your Bayt.com account and clicking on the Bayt.com HIRE Rewards Program tab. You will then see your points balance, your consumed points, and points expiring in the next three months. If you accumulate a minimum of 50 points, you will see a button to a redemption form. You will also have access to this information on the right side of your workspace.

Do my points expire?

Every 10 points earned will be valid for 12 months. If an employer fails to redeem the points in 12 months, the points will expire and will be automatically deducted from the employer's balance.

Do my points have cash value?

Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Moreover, they are not transferable from one employer's account to another.

What happens if I marked CVs as "hired" by mistake?

A confirmation request will be automatically sent to jobseekers whose CVs you place in the HIRED folder. You can however delete the CVs from the HIRED folder and jobseekers will be notified that you have cancelled the confirmation request whenever they try to respond.
