HIRE Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings defined next to them:

1.1. The Program means Bayt.com HIRE Rewards program.

1.2. Member refers to you as an employer on Bayt.com and as a member of the HIRE Rewards program.

1.3. Account means HIRE Rewards program membership account.

1.4. Points means HIRE Rewards program points earned after a confirmed hiring.

2. General Information

2.1. HIRE Rewards program is offered by Bayt.com for private and public sector employers.

2.2. Bayt.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Program, including but not limited to changing the point system and award levels, modifying points accrued, adding or removing members, changing the terms for use of the award at any time, and modifying or terminating the program.

2.3. By enrolling in Bayt.com HIRE Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

3. Enrollment in the Program

2.1. The HIRE Rewards program is available only to private and public sector employers of Bayt.com.

3.2. Employers are automatically enrolled in the HIRE Rewards program upon registration on Bayt.com.

3.3. Membership is free for all Bayt.com employers.

3.4. Membership is a privilege that can be revoked by Bayt.com at its discretion at any time and without compensation due to but not limited to abuse by the member company and/or user to the Terms and Conditions of the Program or any action by the member deemed by Bayt.com to be harmful to Bayt.com or the Program.

4. Earning Points

To earn points through Bayt.com HIRE Rewards program, the member must be registered on Bayt.com and meet all of the conditions described here under:

4.1. The employer must be a private or a public sector company.

4.2. The employer must have an active job posting package or an active CV search package in their workspace, or at least can access applicants CVs and/or CVs in CV folders within the next sixty (60) days from the package expiration date.

4.3. The employer must hire people through Bayt.com using their workspace.

4.4. The employer must copy/move the CV of someone they hired to the HIRED folder.

4.5. The employer must have opened the job seeker's CV on Bayt.com at least once before moving their CV to the HIRED folder.

4.6. The employer must have revealed the job seeker's contact details before moving their CV to the HIRED folder.

4.7. The employee must confirm they were hired by the employer through Bayt.com.

4.8. The employer will earn 10 points for every confirming job seeker.

4.9. Points cannot be redeemed as cash and are nontransferable.

5. Rewards and Benefits

5.1. With every 50 points earned, the employer will be eligible to receive a free Classic Job Posting that can be used to hire even more people.

5.2. Employers who are actively hiring are recognized on Bayt.com for their contribution to solving unemployment in the region, with a special badge on their company profile. With millions of people from all around the globe visiting Bayt.com each month, this is the best visibility and branding for a company, and will help companies attract the best talents available. Employers will receive badges based on the number of points they accumulate during a calendar year:

  • A company that accumulates 0 to 590 points will receive no badge.
  • A company that accumulates 600 to 1,790 points will receive a Bronze Career Provider badge.
  • A company that accumulates 1,800 to 4,990 points will receive a Silver Career Provider badge.
  • A company that accumulates 5,000 or more points will receive a Gold Career Provider badge.

5.3. The company badge will be determined based on the amount of points accumulated during the previous year and will be valid until the end of the calendar year.

5.4. If a company's activity in the current year grants it/him/her a higher tier status than the previous year's activity, the company will be upgraded automatically to the higher tier and will maintain that tier Status until the end of the following calendar year.

6. Redeeming Points

6.1. When a company accumulates 50 HIRE Rewards points, they can redeem the points for a free Classic Job Posting on Bayt.com. The validity of the job posting from issuance varies as per the product's Terms and Conditions and must be activated within the relevant timeframe before it expires. Once activated, the posting stays online for 60 days.

6.2. Points cannot be redeemed as cash and will be declared void if sold, bartered or transferred. As a result the member may be subject to loss of Bayt.com Program privileges.

6.3. Any user within the company can redeem the points.

6.4. Bayt.com reserves the right to deduct from the points balance in a member's account any points credited by mistake.

6.5. Any points not redeemed within 12 months from crediting will expire and will be deducted from the points balance in the employer's account.

7. Transferring Points

Points accumulated by a company and the achieved tier status is designated for the company only and cannot be transferred to any other company whether it is a current customer of Bayt.com or not.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Bayt.com assumes no contractual or legal responsibility to members of the program. The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights and, in accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award, award level, tier or other benefit.

8.2. Bayt.com reserves the right to change, amend, alter, withdraw or terminate the program (in whole or in part), benefits, award or these rules either with or without notice. Any such changes may affect points that a member has already accumulated as well as any future accumulation of points.

8.3. No rewards can be earned after the termination date. Any rewards already accumulated will be valid until either the expiration date of the rewards.

8.4. The program membership is a privilege which can be revoked by Bayt.com at its discretion at any time and without compensation including without limitation, abuse by the member of any of the Terms and Conditions of the Bayt.com Program or any other actions deemed by Bayt, acting in its sole discretion, to be deleterious to Bayt.com, the Bayt.com Program or the interests of its partners.

8.5. Each company is responsible for staying up-to-date with the Bayt.com Program regulations, the number of points accumulated, and the tier status. Bayt.com shall attempt to communicate statement and/or other program information and/or promotional information to members, but Bayt.com shall have no liability for any failure to do so.

8.6. Bayt.com will not be responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in the email, mail or otherwise.
