    Job Description

    - Office Management (maintain stationery, furniture and office supplies, utility payments, lease contract, organize repairs and upgrades including IT troubleshooting)


    - Accounting (prepare expense reports and office budget, process accounts payable and receivables, manage petty cash)


    - HR (maintain personnel records, timesheets, vacations, sick leaves and benefits, update policies per DMCC and UAE laws, prepare paperwork for hires and terminations)


    - Administration (design and implement filing systems, manage DMCC portal and company account, manage appointments, correspondences, Travel arrangements, liaise with other agencies and organizations, follow up on conferences and training)


    - Coordinate and follow up on selective operational tasks related to petroleum and petchem trading


    Skills

    • Multitasking, Organized, Microsoft office knowledge\n• English (writing/speaking) and Arabic is a plus\n• Hold driving License
