Job Description
Job Title: Boba Tea / Coffee Barista
Salary Range: 200 - 350 JD based on experience
Working Days: 6 working days with Friday off
Working Hours: 9 hours daily, including a 1-hour break
Shift Timings: Shop operates from 10 AM to 12 AM. Shifts are allocated based on demand.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Prepare the store for opening.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.

أيام العمل: 6 أيام عمل مع يوم الجمعة إجازة
ساعات العمل: 9 ساعات يومياً، تشمل ساعة استراحة
مواعيد العمل: يعمل المحل من الساعة 10 صباحاً حتى 12 منتصف الليل. يتم تخصيص الورديات بناءً على الطلب.
المسؤوليات:
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة.
- تحضير المحل للفتح.
- تحضير وتقديم المشروبات وفقًا للوصفات المعتمدة.
Skills
Requirements:
- Comfortable speaking in English and fluent in Arabic.
- Experience as a barista in drink preparation.
- Must possess a health certificate valid for food and beverage handling.
Remuneration Terms:
- Salary paid in cash on the 30th of every month.
Probation Period: 2 months
Notice Period:
- The business reserves the right to terminate employment due to negligence, poor performance, or absenteeism.
- The employee may terminate their contract with a 2-week notice.
Future Remuneration:
- Entitlement to salary increase based on individual and shop performance.
- A commission scheme may be introduced as the business grows.
المتطلبات:
- القدرة على التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بشكل مريح والطلاقة في اللغة العربية.
- خبرة في تحضير المشروبات كباريستا.
- يجب أن يمتلك شهادة صحية صالحة للعمل مع الأطعمة والمشروبات.
شروط الدفع:
- يتم دفع الراتب نقداً في اليوم الثلاثين من كل شهر.
فترة الاختبار: شهران
فترة الإخطار:
- تحتفظ الإدارة بالحق في إنهاء العمل بسبب الإهمال أو الأداء الضعيف أو الغياب.
- يمكن للموظف إنهاء عقده بإشعار مسبق مدته أسبوعان.
التعويضات المستقبلية:
- يحق للموظف الحصول على زيادة في الراتب بناءً على الأداء الفردي وأداء المحل.
- قد يتم تطبيق نظام عمولات في المستقبل مع نمو الأعمال.
