Junior HR Generalist

We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and possess a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. The Junior HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting in various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
3. Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
5. Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management processes.
6. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
7. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Responsible of payroll data entry, track & manage MenaMe for all Employees
