  • Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
  • Cooperate with different individuals and teams to ensure the smooth progress of a construction task.
  • Formulate accurate and detailed tenders that include information on materials, quantity, contractors, and overall expenses.
  • Form fruitful connections with technical and non-technical staff as necessary.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Skilled in using digital tools and apps to simplify the quantity surveying process.
  • In-depth knowledge of forecasting, project management, and surveying by effective evaluation of client-side requirements.
  • Hands-on expertise on various software in surveying activity.
  • Bilingual ( English/ Arabic)
