sustainability goals.
Design and execute marketing and sales
campaigns to build brand awareness, drive demand, and promote sustainable
practices.
Manage and optimize budgets to
maximize sales, profitability, and resource efficiency throughout the value
chain.
Lead a high-performing team focused on
achieving sales targets while integrating sustainability principles into all
aspects of business operations.
Represent the company at industry
events, generating leads, building partnerships, and advocating for sustainable
manufacturing practices.
Analyze markets and identify sales
growth opportunities that consider both profitability and environmental impact.
Collaborate with regional and global
leadership to ensure sales success, P&L health, and alignment with global
sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
Engineering background (preferably
with MBA).
15+ years of commercial experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Country Manager, GM...) within the
manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
and demonstrably growing profitability.
In-depth understanding of the Lebanese
market dynamics, including cultural nuances, business regulations, and
international trade practices.
Demonstrated expertise in developing
and implementing successful sales & business development strategies in
emerging markets, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
Experience working within
multinational firms is highly preferred.
Strong financial acumen with
experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and P&L management
for both domestic and export operations.
Exceptional leadership, communication,
and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong
relationships with a diverse team and key stakeholders.
Fluency in Arabic and English; French
is a strong asset.
Excellent analytical
and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying and
capitalizing on sales opportunities while considering sustainability factors.
