Job Description

We are excited to introduce "Loft Coffee & Bar," a unique and innovative concept in Beirut, featuring a mini coffee shop, mini restaurant, and mini market. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of "Loft Coffee & Bar," ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.Operations Oversight: Oversee and Manage the overall operation, ensuring adherence to our standards, policies, and procedures, while maintaining the highest level of quality control in all areas, including food and beverage preparation, customer service, cleanliness, organization, and inventory management.


  • Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of service and guest satisfaction by regularly reviewing and enhancing operational procedures.
  • Staff Management & Development: Manage the staff schedule and leaves while maintaining smooth operations. Hire, Train, and supervise staff members, offering ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain consistency in service delivery.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery of goods.
  • Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance to secure the best possible deals and maintain high-quality supplies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze sales and financial reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs while staying aligned with budgetary targets.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the operational budget, including expenses, labor costs, and revenue targets, to ensure financial objectives are met. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and satisfactorily, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market demands to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
